If They Don’t Help You Glow Then Let Them Go ~Jeff Brown

Easier said than done!!

We feel our best when we surround ourselves with people who support us and accept us. It’s hard to accept that not everyone will. It’s especially hard when we love someone who brings us down.

If you feel stuck in a painful relationship, remember, this is your life and you have choices. You can choose not to surround yourself with people who bring you down. It may be difficult, but it is your choice. You may feel stuck, but you really aren’t.

When you feel awful and all of your options seem equally terrible, make the choice that will lead you away from the pain you currently feel.
